Know Where AI Pays Off Before You Build
Most AI projects fail at the selection stage: the wrong use case, missing data, or a workflow that didn't need AI at all. Our advisory work exists to keep you off that list.
What the Engagement Covers
Readiness Assessment
We inventory your workflows, systems, and data quality, then score candidate AI use cases by impact and feasibility. You get a ranked list, not a brainstorm.
Transformation Roadmap
A sequenced plan: what to build first, what it depends on, what it should cost, and how you'll measure whether it worked. Written for owners, not data scientists.
AI Security & Governance Policy
Acceptable-use rules, data-handling boundaries, and access controls so your team uses AI tools without exposing client or company data. Compliance-aware from day one.
Advice From People Who Operate AI
Our recommendations come from running AI in production, not from analyst reports. AI voice agents answer our own support line; AI triage routes issues across 100+ MSP clients daily. When we say a use case will hold up, it's because we've operated one like it.
And because we're an MSP first, the roadmap accounts for the unglamorous parts, identity, permissions, backups, compliance, that decide whether an AI system survives contact with your real environment.
What an Engagement Looks Like
Most advisory engagements run two to four weeks. You get working sessions, not a discovery phase that drags on for a quarter.
Workflow Mapping
We interview the people who do the work, not just the people who manage it. Where does time go, where do errors happen, and what data already exists.
Scoring & Feasibility
Candidate use cases scored on impact, data readiness, integration effort, and risk. Half the ideas die here, and that's the point.
Roadmap & Policy
You get the sequenced roadmap with cost estimates, plus the AI acceptable-use and data-handling policy your team signs before any tool goes live.
Readout & Decision
A working session with your leadership: what to build first, what it should cost, and how you'll measure it. Build with us or take it anywhere.
Advisory FAQ
What does an AI readiness assessment cost?
The initial one-hour assessment is free. Full advisory engagements are scoped as fixed-fee projects after that hour, so you know the number before you commit.
Do we need clean data before starting?
No. Assessing your data is part of the work. Most businesses have messier data than they think and more usable data than they fear; the roadmap accounts for both.
What if the answer is "don't build anything yet"?
Then that's what the report says. Sometimes the highest-value recommendation is a process fix or an off-the-shelf tool. We'd rather tell you that than build something you don't need.
Why do we need an AI governance policy?
Because your team is already using AI, with or without permission. A written policy defines what data can go where, which tools are approved, and who is accountable. For regulated businesses, auditors are starting to ask for it.
Start With the Assessment
If AI isn't the right answer for your operation, we'll tell you that too.
